Dr. Kalise Wornum will provide one-hour cultural proficiency training for caregivers of high school students during this month's Coffee Hour.

Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Understand, address, and interrupt microaggressions
- Definition and understanding of cultural competence
- Difficult conversations
- How to talk about racism with young children
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss challenges in real time.
